110學年度第1學期防疫措施(110/9/9) / COVID Prevention Measures for 2021-2022 Academic Year (Sept 9, 2021)

教育部於110年9月7日以臺教高通字第1100121132號函，公告「大專校院110學年度因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎防疫管理指引」，本校配合防疫措施如下：

一、教學與授課相關：因應加退選教室人數難以掌握，及避開雙十連假人潮移動，學期前三週（9月22日至10月12日）採全面遠距授課，相關教學措施請參考教務處網頁。

二、集會活動：人數上限為室內80人、室外300人，請遵守CDC「『COVID-19（武漢肺炎）』因應指引：公眾集會」。

三、環境及清消管理：教室應保持室內通風良好並提升清消頻率。

四、校園餐飲：落實實聯制、用餐區設置隔板、環境清消、保持社交距離。

五、學校宿舍：
1.落實門禁管制、體溫測量、專人關懷、衛教宣導、防疫物資補充、定期消毒、維持通風、保持社交距離或佩戴口罩。
2.本校提供家用型快篩試劑供住宿生自行取用及回報結果，但不強制快篩。

六、圖書館：自9月22日起恢復學期期間開館時段，開放本校師生、校友及一卡通讀者入館。入館應全程配戴口罩，並遵守相關防疫規定。詳細規範請參見圖書館網站。

七、校園健康監測機制：
1.進入學校全面量測體溫、實聯制、全程佩戴口罩。
2.居家檢疫期滿後自主健康管理期間，不進入校園上課或前往人群聚集之處，做好個人防護措施。
3.若曾出入CDC公告之確診個案活動史地點或被通知須實施隔離/檢疫/自主健康管理，請主動填報「具感染風險對象回報系統」。
4.如有肺炎或出現發燒、呼吸道症狀、嗅味覺異常或不明原因腹瀉等疑似感染症狀，請主動填報本校「有發燒或其他症狀自主回報系統」。

八、本校提供住宿生、境外生及執行公務高暴露染疫風險者家用快篩試劑，依需求自主採檢。

NTNU Pandemic Safety Measures Announcement

COVID Prevention Measures for 2021-2022 Academic Year (Sept 9, 2021)

Per Official Document No. 1100121132 of the Department of Higher Education (MOE) dated Sept. 7, 2021 announcing the Guidelines for the Management of COVID-19 in the 2021-2022 Academic Year of Colleges and Universities, the school is taking the following prevention measures.

1.Classes: All classes will be conducted remotely in the first three weeks of the semester (Sept. 22 to Oct. 12) in view of the difficulties of controlling the number of students in classrooms from the add/drop procedures. For more details, refer to the announcement on the Office of Academic Affairs website.

2.Gatherings: The max. number of people should be 80 indoors and 300 outdoors. Follow CDC’s Guidelines for Public Gatherings Under COVID-19.

3.Disinfection & cleaning: Keep classrooms well-ventilated. Increase cleaning the disinfection frequency.

4.Dining halls: Implement the real-name system, put partitions in dining areas, frequently clean & disinfect the environment, and maintain social distancing.

5.Campus dorms:
1) Implement access control, temperature check, personal counseling, health education promotion, replenishment of prevention materials, regular disinfection, as well as maintain ventilation and social distancing or wear masks.
2) The school provides at-home COVID self tests for residential students to use and report the results, but self-test is not mandatory.

6.Libraries will resume the opening hours during the semester starting on September 22 for NTNU faculty, students, alumni, and Tri-Library Loan Service users. You should wear a mask at all times and comply with the pandemic protocols. For details, refer to the library website.

7.Campus health monitoring:
1) Comprehensive temperature check, real-name system and mask wearing throughout the campus.
2) During the self-health management period after home quarantine ends, DO NOT enter the campus to attend classes or go to crowded places. Always take personal precautions.
3) If you’ve been to locations visited by the confirmed cases announced by the CDC or you’ve been notified to undergo home isolation/quarantine/self-health management, please voluntarily fill out the Reporting System for Following Up on Persons at Risk of Infection.
4) If you have pneumonia or are experiencing fever, respiratory symptoms, abnormal smell/taste, unexplained diarrhea or other suspected symptoms of infection, please voluntarily fill out the Self-reporting System for Fever or Other Symptoms.

8.The school provides at-home COVID self tests for residential students, overseas students, and those on official duties with high exposure to infection to perform self test as needed.

110年9月10日-10月12日校園防疫門禁注意事項 / COVID-19 Campus Access Control Protocol (Sept. 10 – Oct. 12)

一、上班時間早上08:00至下午18:00實施校園出入口門禁管制措施：採實名制，持Day Pass、掃校門口足跡QR Code、國立臺灣大學系統證件或洽公文件等相關證明及量測體溫後入校。

二、非上班時段早上06:00-08:00、晚上18:00-22:00及例假日開放校外人士入校，惟需配合本校校園出入口門禁管制措施方可進入校區。
