Academic and Cultural Exchange Program with Burapha University

From May 3rd to May 15th, 2024, the College of Sports and Recreation will host the Academic and Cultural Exchange Program with Burapha University.

On May 2nd, delegates from the Faculty of Sport Science, Burapha University, arrived in Taiwan. Led by the Deputy Dean for Administration, Dr. Panya Intacharoen, and the Academic Officer, Mrs. Panpaporn Phaochinda, five students embarked on the inaugural Academic and Cultural Exchange Program between the two institutions.

During the next two weeks, the five students from the Faculty of Sport Science, Burapha University, will participate in EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) courses offered by our departments. On May 3rd, they had the opportunity to meet with Dean Prof. Ho-Seng Wang, Chairperson of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences Prof. Ching-Ping Lin, and Associate Chair of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences Prof. Yu-Kai Chang. They also took a campus tour, participated in the Watermelon Festival activities, and admired the exhibition “The Polaroid Project: At the Intersection of Art and Technology” at the NTNU Art Museum. The first day was filled with enriching experiences!

This cultural exchange program will span two weeks, and we sincerely invite faculty members and students from our college to engage in interactions and mutual learning with students from the Faculty of Sport Science, Burapha University.
