All proceeds will be donated to support sports-related promotional activities.<\/p><p>\u201cSports are not just about competition\u2014they embody the passion of young blood and the drive of the youth. Through this calendar, we hope to convey the spirit of never giving up,\u201d said Liu Haohao, president of the NTNU Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences Student Association. The department began this calendar project years ago. In recent years, outstanding performances by Taiwanese athletes on the international stage have drawn national attention to sports professionals. The calendar not only records the development of Taiwanese sports but also visually conveys the message: <em>\u201cSports speak for themselves\u2014see them, and you\u2019ll understand.\u201d<\/em><\/p><p>This year, an added focus on aesthetics aims to break stereotypes of sports and re-imagine the human body as a medium of expression. \u201cSports aren&#8217;t just about strength\u2014they can be graceful, calm, sexy, and free.\u201d<\/p><p>The project is divided into two main themes:<\/p><ul><li><strong>\u201cPortrait of Motion\u201d \u2013 Boys\u2019 Series<\/strong><br \/>Unlike traditional sports photography that emphasizes the fast motions, this series features eight male athletes, each representing a different field. With carefully composed body angles and lighting, it focuses on the athletes\u2019 calmness, confident gazes and the strength from within.<\/li><li><strong>\u201cThe Rhythm of the Seasons\u201d \u2013 Girls\u2019 Series<\/strong><br \/>Set in natural landscapes, this series showcases twelve female athletes across twelve different fields, journeying from spring\u2019s ocean waves to winter\u2019s ski resort. It embodies the theme <em>\u201cThe Power of Women in Sports Through the Seasons\u201d<\/em> and portrays the harmony between athletes and nature, highlighting their freedom, authenticity, resilience, and the diverse beauty of sports.<\/li><\/ul><p>From dynamic movements to steady gazes, from high-speed bursts to serene moments, the calendar invites viewers to see the deeper dialogue between <em>\u201csport\u201d<\/em> and <em>\u201cbody.\u201d<\/em><br \/>The <em>Sports Boys and Girls Desk Calendar<\/em> is a charity project and will be available for limited online sale from <strong>April 30 to May 14, 2025<\/strong>. Seventy percent of net proceeds (after costs) will be donated to the <strong>Taiwan Sports Good Deeds Association<\/strong> to support young athletes and sports education, extending the power of
