\u5f35\u6559\u6388\u8d74\u7f8e\u570b\u5317\u5361\u7f85\u840a\u7d0d\u5927\u5b78\u53d6\u5f97\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c07\u5065\u8eab\u904b\u52d5\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78 (exercise psychology) \u9818\u57df\u77e5\u8b58\u651c\u56de\u81fa\u7063\uff0c2018\u5e74\u53d7\u8058\u81f3\u81fa\u5e2b\u5927\u9ad4\u80b2\u7cfb\uff0c2024\u5e74\u63a5\u4efb\u7cfb\u4e3b\u4efb\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u52d5\u9ad4\u80b2\u8207\u904b\u52d5\u79d1\u5b78\u8de8\u57df\u767c\u5c55\uff1b\u76ee\u524d\u4ea6\u64d4\u4efb\u570b\u969b\u904b\u52d5\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u5b78\u6703 (ISSP) \u8ca1\u52d9\u9577\u3001\u4e9e\u592a\u904b\u52d5\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u5b78\u6703 (ASPASP) \u526f\u7406\u4e8b\u9577\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u904b\u52d5\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u7684\u570b\u969b\u63a5\u8ecc\u8207\u672c\u571f\u5be6\u8e10\u3002<\/p>

\u8de8\u57df\u5275\u65b0\u904b\u52d5\u79d1\u5b78 \u5f15\u9818\u5065\u5eb7\u672a\u4f86<\/strong><\/p>

\u5f35\u6559\u6388\u6df1\u8015\u904b\u52d5\u79d1\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u591a\u5e74\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u5728\u300c\u5065\u8eab\u904b\u52d5\u8207\u8a8d\u77e5\u529f\u80fd\u300d\u9818\u57df\u53d6\u5f97\u8c50\u78a9\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u66f4\u7a4d\u6975\u8de8\u8db3\u300c\u8a8d\u77e5\u795e\u7d93\u79d1\u5b78\u3001\u8001\u5e74\u5b78\u3001\u907a\u50b3\u5b78\u300d\u7b49\u591a\u5143\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u904b\u52d5\u79d1\u5b78\u7684\u5b78\u8853\u767c\u5c55\u8207\u5be6\u52d9\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u5176\u7814\u7a76\u63ed\u793a\u6025\u6027\u8207\u6162\u6027\u5065\u8eab\u904b\u52d5\u5c0d\u8a8d\u77e5\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u70ba\u5ba2\u88fd\u5316\u904b\u52d5\u8655\u65b9\u7684\u5236\u5b9a\u63d0\u4f9b\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u7406\u8ad6\u57fa\u790e\u3002\u503c\u5f97\u4e00\u63d0\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5f35\u6559\u6388\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u66f4\u88ab\u6536\u9304\u65bc\u7f8e\u570b\u806f\u90a6\u653f\u5e9c\u300a\u8eab\u9ad4\u6d3b\u52d5\u6307\u5f15\u8aee\u8a62\u59d4\u54e1\u79d1\u5b78\u5831\u544a\u300b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f7f\u81fa\u7063\u5728\u6b64\u8b70\u984c\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e0a\u8e8d\u5c45\u5b78\u8853\u91cd\u93ae\u3002<\/p>

\u81ea\u4e0a\u6b21\u7372\u734e\u5f8c\uff0c\u5f35\u6559\u6388\u5728\u5b78\u8853\u5275\u65b0\u4e0a\u6301\u7e8c\u5c55\u73fe\u4eae\u9ede\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u300c3W+1H\u3001\u8de8\u57df\u5f59\u6574\u3001\u5b78\u7522\u5ee3\u64ad\u300d\u67b6\u69cb\uff0c\u70ba\u5065\u8eab\u904b\u52d5\u8207\u8a8d\u77e5\u79d1\u5b78\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\u6307\u5f15\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64113\u5e74\u5ea6\u518d\u5ea6\u7372\u734e\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5176\u7814\u7a76\u4ea6\u805a\u7126\u65bc\u9ad8\u98a8\u96aa\u963f\u8332\u6d77\u9ed8\u75c7\u65cf\u7fa4\uff0c\u6df1\u5165\u63a2\u8a0e\u5ba2\u88fd\u5316\u5065\u8eab\u904b\u52d5\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u4e26\u767c\u73fe\u6025\u6027\u5065\u8eab\u904b\u52d5\u7684\u8a8d\u77e5\u6548\u76ca\u8207\u904b\u52d5\u5f37\u5ea6\u53ca\u6642\u9593\u7684\u95dc\u806f\u6027\uff0c\u4e14\u6b64\u6548\u76ca\u7368\u7acb\u65bcAPOE \u03b54\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u3002\u76f8\u95dc\u7a81\u7834\u6027\u6210\u679c\u5df2\u767c\u8868\u65bc\u8001\u5e74\u5b78\u9802\u5c16\u671f\u520a\u300aJournals of Gerontology\u300b\u3002<\/p>

\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u5f35\u6559\u6388\u66f4\u904b\u7528\u591a\u5c64\u6b21\u7d71\u5408\u5206\u6790\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u7cfb\u7d71\u6027\u5730\u5f59\u6574\u5065\u8eab\u904b\u52d5\u5c0d\u7279\u5b9a\u65cf\u7fa4 (\u8001\u5e74\u4eba\u3001\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u3001\u5152\u7ae5\u8207\u9752\u5c11\u5e74) \u8a8d\u77e5\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u70ba\u4fc3\u9032\u5168\u4eba\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u6539\u5584\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5805\u5be6\u7684\u79d1\u5b78\u4f9d\u64da\u3002\u76f8\u95dc\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u5df2\u767c\u8868\u65bc\u300aPsychological Bulletin\u300b\u3001\u300aBritish Journal of Sports Medicine\u300b\u53ca\u300aSports Medicine\u300b\u7b49\u570b\u969b\u9802\u5c16\u671f\u520a\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c2020\u5e74\u53ca2019\u5e74\u7684\u55ae\u7bc7\u8ad6\u6587\uff0c\u5206\u5225\u88ab\u5f15\u7528\u8d85\u904e220\u6b21\u53ca620\u6b21\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u518d\u6b21\u88ab\u6536\u9304\u65bc2022\u5e74\u300a\u7f8e\u570b\u904b\u52d5\u91ab\u5b78\u6703\u904b\u52d5\u6e2c\u8a66\u8207\u8655\u65b9\u6307\u5f15\u300b\u4e2d\uff0c\u8db3\u898b\u5176\u5b78\u8853\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u4e4b\u6df1\u9060\u3002<\/p>

\u5b78\u8853\u69ae\u8b7d\u8207\u670d\u52d9\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5f35\u6559\u6388\u81ea2021\u5e74\u8d77\u9023\u7e8c\u5165\u9078\u5168\u7403\u524d2%\u9802\u5c16\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc2024\u5e74\u7576\u9078\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u4eba\u9ad4\u904b\u52d5\u5b78\u9662 (National Academy of Kinesiology) \u570b\u969b\u9662\u58eb\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u8a72\u9662\u6700\u5e74\u8f15\u7684\u9662\u58eb\u4e4b\u4e00\uff1b\u66f4\u81ea2024\u5e74\u69ae\u4efb\u570b\u969b\u671f\u520a\u300aInternational Journal of Sport and Exercise Psychology\u300b (SSCI) \u5171\u540c\u4e3b\u7de8\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u670d\u52d9\u570b\u969b\u5b78\u8853\u793e\u7fa4\u3002<\/p>

\u5c0d\u65bc\u518d\u6b21\u7372\u734e\uff0c\u5f35\u6559\u6388\u611f\u6027\u8aaa\u300c\u6df1\u611f\u69ae\u5e78\u8207\u8cac\u4efb\u300d\u3002\u4ed6\u8aaa\uff0c\u300c\u9019\u9805\u6b8a\u69ae\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u5c0d\u81ea\u8eab\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u80af\u5b9a\uff0c\u66f4\u8c61\u5fb5\u9ad4\u80b2\u8207\u904b\u52d5\u79d1\u5b78\u5728\u5b78\u8853\u9818\u57df\u7684\u624e\u6839\u8207\u8301\u58ef\u3002\u524d\u8f29\u5011\u8f9b\u52e4\u8015\u8018\u7684\u7a2e\u5b50\u4eca\u5df2\u6df1\u8015\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u66f4\u61c9\u627f\u5148\u555f\u5f8c\uff0c\u6301\u7e8c\u62d3\u5c55\u5b78\u8853\u7586\u754c\u3002\u7279\u5225\u611f\u8b1d\u6d2a\u8070\u654f\u7814\u7a76\u8b1b\u5ea7\u6559\u6388\u3001Jennifer Etnier\u7279\u8058\u6559\u6388\uff0c\u53ca\u773e\u591a\u5e2b\u9577\u8207\u540c\u5115\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u8207\u63d0\u651c\uff1b\u611f\u8b1d\u5f35\u4e16\u535a\u5e2b\u7236\u5f15\u9818\uff0c\u8b93\u570b\u6b66\u8853\u6210\u70ba\u6211\u63a2\u7d22\u9ad4\u80b2\u904b\u52d5\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8d77\u9ede\u3002\u300d<\/p>

\u4ed6\u5f37\u8abf\uff0c\u300c\u8a31\u591a\u8cb4\u4eba\u90fd\u555f\u767c\u6539\u8b8a\u6211\u7684\u4eba\u751f\uff0c\u4ea6\u6df1\u4fe1\u9ad4\u80b2\u904b\u52d5\u7684\u529b\u91cf\uff0c\u5c07\u80fd\u5c0d\u793e\u6703\u5e36\u4f86\u6b63\u5411\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u5b78\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u662f\u4e00\u8d9f\u6f2b\u9577\u4e14\u5145\u6eff\u6311\u6230\u7684\u65c5\u7a0b\uff0c\u82e5\u500b\u4eba\u6709\u4e9b\u8a31\u6210\u5c31\uff0c\u662f\u5efa\u7acb\u5728\u5065\u5168\u74b0\u5883\u8207\u512a\u79c0\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u611f\u8b1d\u81fa\u5e2b\u5927\u3001\u570b\u79d1\u6703\u3001\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u5718\u968a\u53ca\u5b78\u751f\u7b49\u5728\u7814\u7a76\u65c5\u7a0b\u7684\u4e26\u80a9\u540c\u884c\u3002\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u8aa0\u646f\u611f\u8b1d\u7236\u6bcd\u3001\u5bb6\u4eba\u7684\u529b\u633a\u8207\u4ed8\u51fa\uff0c\u662f\u4ed6\u4e0d\u65b7\u524d\u884c\u7684\u6700\u5927\u52d5\u529b\u3002\u300d<\/p>
