\u00a0 \u00a0 \u66fe\u5728\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u570b\u5bb6\u8a13\u7df4\u4e2d\u5fc3\u670d\u52d97\u5e74\u5f8c\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u8f49\u4efbHong Kong Sport Institute\u7684Dr. Carl James\uff0c\u5247\u5206\u4eab\u7af6\u6280\u904b\u52d5\u8a13\u7df4\u56e0\u61c9\u71b1\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5be6\u52d9\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u4ecb\u7d39\u71b1\u74b0\u5883\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0d\u904b\u52d5\u8868\u73fe\u6240\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u885d\u64ca\uff0c\u4e5f\u63d0\u53ca\u71b1\u74b0\u5883\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0d\u751f\u7406\u6240\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e26\u8b1b\u8ff0\u8eab\u70ba\u904b\u52d5\u751f\u7406\u5b78\u7684\u5be6\u52d9\u64cd\u4f5c\u8005\uff0c\u61c9\u5728\u8a13\u7df4\u4e2d\u6240\u626e\u6f14\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u8207\u6703\u8005\u9762\u81e8\u6975\u7aef\u71b1\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8a13\u7df4\u60c5\u5883\u6642\uff0c\u6240\u80fd\u5be6\u65bd\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u63aa\u65bd\u8207\u8a13\u7df4\u6e96\u5247\u3002<\/p>
