\u570b\u7acb\u81fa\u7063\u5e2b\u7bc4\u5927\u5b78\u548c\u81fa\u5317\u5e02\u666f\u7f8e\u5973\u4e2d\u5b78\u751f\u53ca\u6821\u53cb\u70ba\u73ed\u5e95\u7684\u6211\u570b\u5973\u5b50\u62d4\u6cb3\u968a\uff0c7\u670816\u65e5\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u4f2f\u660e\u7f55\u4e16\u754c\u904b\u52d5\u6703540\u516c\u65a4\u7d1a\u8cfd\u5834\uff0c\u4ee57\u9023\u52dd\u5b8c\u7f8e\u6230\u7e3e\u7de0\u9020\u53f2\u7121\u524d\u4f8b\u76845\u9023\u9738\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u662f\u6211\u570b\u5728\u4eca\u5e74\u4e16\u904b\u6703\u7684\u9996\u9762\u91d1\u724c\u30025\u9023\u9738\u7684\u8fd13\u5c46\u8cfd\u4e8b\u662f\u7531\u81fa\u5e2b\u5927\u9ad4\u80b2\u8207\u904b\u52d5\u79d1\u5b78\u7cfb\u5f35\u5c11\u7199\u6559\u6388\u64d4\u4efb\u9818\u968a\u5e36\u9818\u62ff\u4e0b\u51a0\u8ecd\uff0c\u300c\u5979\u5011\u771f\u7684\u5f88\u8f9b\u82e6\u3001\u5f88\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u66ff\u5979\u5011\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u611f\u5230\u9a55\u50b2\u3002\u300d\u5433\u6b63\u5df1\u6821\u9577\u4e5f\u8acb\u5f35\u5c11\u7199\u9818\u968a\u4ee3\u8868\u9812\u767c\u734e\u52f5\u91d1\u7d66\u968a\u54e1\u548c\u6559\u7df4\uff0c\u606d\u559c\u62d4\u6cb3\u968a\u300c\u529b\u62d4\u5c71\u6cb3\u3001\u70ba\u570b\u722d\u5149\u300d\u3002<\/p>

\u75ab\u60c5\u652a\u5c40\u5c0e\u81f4\u8cfd\u4e8b\u5ef6\u5f8c\u4e00\u5e74\u8209\u8fa6\uff0c\u674e\u6d33\u541b\u3001\u6797\u5922\u7b51\u3001\u53e4\u91c7\u84c9\u3001\u9ec3\u4fde\u5b89\u3001\u65bd\u82b7\u82af\u3001\u8463\u6db5\u3001\u7530\u5609\u6b23\u3001\u7530\u5609\u84c9\u3001\u8cf4\u4ead\u8aed\u7b49\u968a\u54e1\uff0c\u96c6\u8a13\u904e\u7a0b\u4e5f\u53d7\u75ab\u60c5\u5e72\u64fe\u6975\u5927\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c59\u540d\u9078\u624b\u67096\u4eba\u66fe\u78ba\u8a3a\uff0c\u4e09\u7d1a\u8b66\u6212\u671f\u9593\u7121\u6cd5\u96c6\u8a13\uff0c\u8b66\u6212\u964d\u7d1a\u5f8c\u4e5f\u96e3\u8993\u9069\u5408\u5834\u5730\uff0c\u5168\u968a\u4e00\u5ea6\u53ea\u80fd\u900f\u904e\u7dda\u4e0a\u8ab2\u7a0b\u7d14\u7df4\u9ad4\u80fd\uff0c\u9019\u7fa4\u62d4\u6cb3\u5973\u5c07\u5011\u4f9d\u820a\u514b\u670d\u842c\u96e3\uff0c\u4e09\u5ea6\u5e36\u9818\u81fa\u7063\u7a31\u9738\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u81fa\u5e2b\u5927\u9ad4\u80b2\u8207\u904b\u52d5\u79d1\u5b78\u7cfb\u5091\u51fa\u6821\u53cb\u3001\u5973\u5b50\u62d4\u6cb3\u968a\u7e3d\u6559\u7df4\u90ed\u6607\u5766\u8a00\uff0c\u300c\u6311\u62305\u9023\u9738\uff0c\u771f\u7684\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u58d3\u529b\uff01\u300d<\/p>

\u6211\u570b\u5973\u5b50\u62d4\u6cb3\u968a\u5728\u9810\u8cfd\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e00\u8def\u64ca\u6557\u745e\u58eb\u3001\u745e\u5178\u3001\u5fb7\u570b\u3001\u82f1\u570b\u3001\u8377\u862d\uff0c\u57284\u5f37\u8cfd\u4e2d\u518d\u5ea6\u64ca\u9000\u745e\u58eb\uff0c\u91d1\u724c\u6230\u529b\u58d3\u745e\u5178\uff0c\u596a\u4e0b\u91d1\u724c\uff0c\u4e14\u6bcf\u5834\u90fd\u4ee52\u6bd40\u529b\u514b\u5c0d\u624b\u3002<\/p>

\u5f9e2005\u5e74\u4e16\u904b\u6703\u9996\u6b21\u6458\u4e0b\u91d1\u724c\u5f8c\uff0c\u5973\u5b50\u62d4\u6cb3\u968a\u63a5\u9023\u57282009\u5e74\u30012013\u5e74\u30012017\u5e74\u7684\u4e16\u904b\u6703\u885b\u5195\uff0c\u4eca\u5e74\u6210\u529f\u6311\u62305\u9023\u9738\uff0c\u4e5f\u9054\u5230\u7e3d\u7d71\u8521\u82f1\u6587\u5728\u6388\u65d7\u5178\u79ae\u4e0a\u4ea4\u4ed8\u5973\u5b50\u62d4\u6cb3\u968a\u5b8c\u6210\u300c5\u9023\u9738\u300d\u7684\u4efb\u52d9\uff0c\u7e3d\u7d71\u8cfd\u5f8c\u5373\u523b\u9812\u767c\u8cc0\u96fb\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u99d0\u7f8e\u4ee3\u8868\u856d\u7f8e\u7434\u3001\u9ad4\u80b2\u7f72\u526f\u7f72\u9577\u6797\u54f2\u5b8f\u3001\u99d0\u4e9e\u7279\u862d\u5927\u7d93\u6fdf\u6587\u5316\u8fa6\u4e8b\u8655\u9577\u738b\u7ffc\u9f8d\u8207\u8a31\u591a\u50d1\u80de\u5230\u5834\u70ba\u81fa\u7063\u597d\u624b\u5011\u52a0\u6cb9\uff0c\u5171\u4eab\u91d1\u724c\u559c\u6085\u3002<\/p>

\u5f9e2013\u30012017\u53ca\u672c\u5c46\u4e09\u5ea6\u5e36\u968a\u5236\u9738\u7684\u90ed\u6607\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u6311\u62305\u9023\u9738\u771f\u7684\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u672c\u5c46\u9663\u4e2d\u6709\u5e7e\u540d\u9ad8\u4e2d\u9078\u624b\uff0c\u81e8\u5834\u7d93\u9a57\u4e0d\u50cf\u5b78\u59d0\u9019\u9ebc\u8db3\u5920\uff0c\u9084\u597d\u5979\u5011\u5341\u5206\u8a8d\u771f\uff0c\u5b78\u59d0\u5011\u4e5f\u5c07\u7d93\u9a57\u50b3\u627f\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u5feb\u901f\u878d\u5165\u968a\u4f0d\u6574\u5408\u51fa\u6700\u5f37\u6230\u529b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u62b5\u9054\u7f8e\u570b\u5f8c\u5c0d\u5834\u5730\u7684\u9069\u61c9\u5ea6\u4e5f\u5341\u5206\u826f\u597d\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u6536\u4e0b\u9019\u6b21\u52dd\u5229\u3002<\/p>

\u503c\u5f97\u4e00\u63d0\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u672c\u5c46\u4e16\u904b\u6703\u62d4\u6cb3\u539f\u662f\u5ba4\u5167\u8cfd\u537b\u6539\u70ba\u5ba4\u5916\u8cfd\uff0c\u4e14\u8cfd\u524d\u7f8e\u570b\u7576\u5730\u4e0b\u5348\u90fd\u6709\u5927\u66b4\u96e8\uff0c\u90ed\u6607\u64d4\u5fc3\u5834\u5730\u6703\u56e0\u96e8\u5c0e\u81f4\u571f\u8cea\u9b06\u8edf\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u9078\u624b\u8868\u73fe\u3002\u6240\u5e78\u89c0\u5bdf\u7537\u5b50\u7d44\u7684\u6bd4\u8cfd\u5f8c\uff0c\u78ba\u8a8d\u662f\u8f03\u4e0d\u53d7\u96e8\u6c34\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u786c\u8cea\u5834\u5730\uff0c\u9078\u624b\u9069\u61c9\u6c92\u6709\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u518d\u52a0\u4e0a\u57f9\u8a13\u671f\u9593\u548c\u7537\u5b50\u968a\u4ee5\u8cfd\u4ee3\u8a13\u5c31\u662f\u7528\u985e\u4f3c\u5834\u5730\uff0c\u5099\u6230\u66f4\u6709\u7d93\u9a57\u3002<\/p>

2021\u5e74\u5ba4\u5916\u62d4\u6cb3\u4e16\u9326\u8cfd\u56db\u5f37\u8cfd\u4e0d\u6575\u745e\u58eb\u3001\u9285\u724c\u6230\u8f38\u7d66\u8377\u862d\uff0c\u50c5\u62ff\u4e0b\u7b2c\u56db\u540d\uff0c\u9019\u6b21\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u4e16\u904b\u6703\u5fa9\u4ec7\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u90ed\u6607\u76f4\u547c\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\uff0c\u300c\u9019\u9762\u91d1\u724c\u4e0d\u50c5\u5c6c\u65bc\u5973\u5b50\u62d4\u6cb3\u968a\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u5c6c\u65bc\u6574\u500b\u62d4\u6cb3\u754c\u7684\u69ae\u8b7d\u3002\u300d\u6559\u7df4\u90ed\u6607\u5341\u5206\u611f\u8b1d\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u9ad4\u80b2\u7f72\u3001\u4e2d\u83ef\u5967\u6703\u3001\u62d4\u6cb3\u5354\u6703\u3001\u81fa\u7063\u5e2b\u5927\u3001\u666f\u7f8e\u5973\u4e2d\u4ee5\u53ca\u7537\u5b50\u968a\u9078\u624b\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u8cfd\u524d\u7279\u5225\u4f86\u548c\u4ee3\u8868\u968a\u7df4\u7fd2\uff0c\u5be6\u529b\u624d\u80fd\u6709\u6240\u63d0\u5347\uff0c\u6709\u5404\u754c\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u624d\u6709\u9019\u9762\u91d1\u724c\u7684\u8a95\u751f\u3002<\/p>

\u8cfd\u5f8c\uff0c\u8521\u82f1\u6587\u7e3d\u7d71\u5728\u81c9\u66f8\u4e0a\u5206\u4eab\uff0c\u5728\u6bd4\u8cfd\u73fe\u5834\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u9078\u624b\u5c55\u73fe\u9577\u671f\u8a13\u7df4\u7684\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u6574\u9f4a\u5283\u4e00\u7684\u6b65\u4f10\u3001\u53e3\u865f\u53ca\u7bc0\u594f\u611f\uff0c\u7d42\u65bc\u529b\u514b\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u5f37\u6575\uff0c\u4e00\u8def\u904e\u95dc\u65ac\u5c07\uff0c\u5f9e\u9810\u8cfd\u8d77\u6bcf\u4e00\u5834\u90fd\u5b8c\u5c01\u52dd\uff0c\u70ba\u53f0\u7063\u596a\u4e0b\u9996\u9762\u91d1\u724c\uff0c\u4e5f\u70ba\u81fa\u7063\u8d0f\u5f97\u4e86\u4e94\u9023\u9738\u7684\u69ae\u8000\u3002<\/p>

\u5979\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u6210\u679c\u80cc\u5f8c\uff0c\u4e5f\u4f86\u81ea\u9078\u624b\u548c\u6559\u7df4\u5011\u8f9b\u82e6\u7684\u5805\u6301\u8207\u52aa\u529b\u3002\u5c24\u5176\u90ed\u6607\u6559\u7df4\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u4e09\u9435\u8a13\u7df4\uff0c\u5728\u9a0e\u81ea\u884c\u8eca\u4e0a\u767b\u6b66\u5dba\u8def\u6bb5\u6642\uff0c\u767c\u751f\u8eca\u798d\u800c\u8dcc\u843d\u5c71\u6e9d\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u9838\u690e\u640d\u50b7\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u6559\u7df4\u56db\u80a2\u5e7e\u8fd1\u7671\u7613\uff0c\u4e0d\u826f\u65bc\u884c\uff0c\u4ecd\u7136\u5805\u6301\u51fa\u5e2d\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u73fe\u5834\u6307\u5c0e\u3002<\/p>

\u7e3d\u7d71\u8aaa\uff0c\u770b\u5230\u8d0f\u5f97\u52dd\u5229\u5f8c\uff0c\u9078\u624b\u5011\u7528\u8f2a\u6905\u63a8\u8457\u6559\u7df4\u4e0a\u5834\u5171\u540c\u5408\u7167\uff0c\u975e\u5e38\u4ee4\u4eba\u611f\u52d5\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u6559\u7df4\u5805\u6301\u8207\u4e0d\u653e\u68c4\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\uff0c\u4e00\u5b9a\u6df1\u6df1\u6fc0\u52f5\u3001\u9f13\u821e\u8457\u6240\u6709\u7684\u9078\u624b\u3002<\/p>
