\u6559\u7df4\u57f9\u8a13\u662f\u7dad\u6301\u548c\u63d0\u9ad8\u904b\u52d5\u6559\u7df4\u5c08\u696d\u5316\u7684\u95dc\u9375\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u985e\u578b\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u6a5f\u6703\u5c0d\u6559\u7df4\u77e5\u8b58\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u4ea6\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5982\u6b63\u898f\u6559\u80b2 (formal education)\u3001\u975e\u6b63\u898f\u5b78\u7fd2 (non-formal learning)\u8207\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u5b78\u7fd2 (informal learning)\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5f59\u6574\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u73fe\u4eca\u6559\u7df4\u6559\u80b2\u8ab2\u7a0b\u591a\u4ee5\u6280\u5de7\u3001\u6280\u8853\u8207\u6bd4\u8cfd\u6230\u8853\u7684\u5b78\u7406\u5c0e\u5411\u70ba\u4e3b\uff0c\u5c08\u5bb6\u6559\u7df4\u591a\u5f9e\u4eba\u969b\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u9593\u7684\u95dc\u9023\u8207\u4e92\u52d5\u95dc\u4fc2\u7b49\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u7684\u7db2\u7d61\u53ca\u89c0\u5bdf\u5176\u4ed6\u6559\u7df4\u548c\u826f\u5e2b\u5236\u4f86\u589e\u9032\u77e5\u8b58\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4e5f\u767c\u73fe\u73fe\u4eca\u7814\u7fd2\u8ab2\u7a0b\u4e26\u672a\u5c07\u7d93\u9a57\u3001\u500b\u4eba\u7279\u8cea\u53ca\u54f2\u5b78\u6574\u5408\u81f3\u6b63\u5f0f\u7684\u57f9\u8a13\u6a5f\u5236\u4e2d\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u6559\u7df4\u6559\u80b2\u5f62\u5f0f\u5c1a\u7121\u6cd5\u5f9e\u4e2d\u6709\u6548\u63d0\u53d6\u77e5\u8b58\u4f5c\u70ba\u65b0\u624b\u6559\u7df4\u7684\u6e96\u5099\uff0c\u5c0d\u6559\u7df4\u5de5\u4f5c\u5be6\u52d9\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u6709\u9650 (\u5433\u4f69\u4f0a\u3001\u6797\u975c\u840d\uff0c2016\uff1b Gonz\u00e1lez-Rivera et al., 2017)\u3002\u77e5\u8b58\u7684\u5efa\u69cb\u662f\u5728\u793e\u6703\u8108\u7d61\u4e2d\u900f\u904e\u884c\u52d5\u5f62\u6210\uff0c\u6559\u7df4\u6240\u7372\u5f97\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\u8207\u6280\u5de7\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5728\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u60c5\u5883\u8108\u7d61\u4e0b\u53bb\u5efa\u69cb\u3002\u4ea6\u5373\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u662f\u767c\u751f\u5728\u65b0\u89c0\u5ff5\u7528\u5f97\u5230\u7684\u771f\u5be6\u60c5\u5883\u8108\u7d61\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u800c\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u4eba\u70ba\u60c5\u5883\uff0c\u9700\u4ef0\u8cf4\u300c\u9ad4\u9a57\u5f0f\u300d\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\uff0c\u65b9\u80fd\u4f7f\u8a13\u7df4\u77e5\u8b58\u6df1\u523b\u5167\u5316\u5728\u8166\u6d77\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u5229\u63d0\u53d6\u3002\u5728\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u5b78\u7fd2\u4e2d\uff0c\u6559\u7df4\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u6703\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u5b78\u7fd2\u7684\u767c\u751f\uff0c\u5982\u4efb\u52d9\u7684\u5b8c\u6210\u3001\u4eba\u969b\u4e92\u52d5\u3001\u50b3\u905e\u7d44\u7e54\u6587\u5316\u7b49\u4e92\u52d5\u8207\u7d93\u9a57\u5b78\u7fd2\uff0c\u4e14\u5de5\u4f5c\u5834\u5408\u3001\u904b\u52d5\u8a13\u7df4\u4e2d\u7684\u65e5\u5e38\u7d93\u9a57\u5c0d\u65bc\u5b78\u7fd2\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u4e5f\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u6709\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u3002\u800c\u500b\u4eba\u5148\u524d\u7684\u8a13\u7df4\u53ca\u5be6\u6230\u7d93\u9a57\u7686\u662f\u7372\u5f97\u8a13\u7df4\u77e5\u8b58\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7ba1\u9053\uff0c\u6559\u7df4\u672c\u8eab\u65e9\u671f\u7684\u904b\u52d5\u54e1\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u4e5f\u626e\u6f14\u8457\u6574\u5408\u8207\u904e\u6ffe\u6559\u7df4\u77e5\u8b58\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u500b\u4eba\u9805\u76ee\u904b\u52d5\u6559\u7df4\u7684\u6210\u5c31\u8868\u73fe\u66f4\u662f\u76f4\u63a5\u53d7\u5176\u904b\u52d5\u54e1\u7d93\u6b77\u6240\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u7d93\u7531\u53c3\u8207\u3001\u89c0\u6469\u5230\u6210\u70ba\u6559\u7df4\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u7d93\u9a57\u5e36\u9818\u4e86\u6559\u7df4\u7684\u751f\u6daf\uff0c\u5c0d\u4fe1\u5ff5\u8207\u884c\u70ba\u90fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n
